- For a chalkboard poster or custom order a preview is sent on your email within 24 to 48 hours. Please reply to the email at the earliest.
Only 2 changes are allowed so please be sure while filling in the details in the first go.
Once the design is approved by you NO further changes will be accepted and the order will be sent for printing.
- For custom theme orders it can take longer. Please connect on WhatsApp to understand the timeline required.
- If you require preview for any personalized product, please email on sales@mypartysuppliers.com with your order number. Preview will be sent within 24 to 48 hours.

- Most orders placed by 12:00 pm IST - Mon-Sat, will usually ship the same day or next day, provided there is no customization, credit card information is correct, your order is not oversize air, and it is not a Holiday.
- Orders placed after 12 pm IST, ship the next business day or within 48 hours from our warehouse in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
- Once dispatched, the shipment may take 2-5 days for metro cities and tier 1 cities and 4-8 working days for other cities to reach. Please keep the timeline in mind while placing the order.

Since we use third party courier service, We DO NOT take guarantee for deliveries on local holidays or any delays caused by the courier company.
Shipping days indicated are business days - Mon-Sat only. The day your order ships does not count as a time-in-transit day. Start counting AFTER the day it ships. Shipping times never include Sundays or Holidays.
Exchange :
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can Exchange your Order within a period of 7 days and exchange it with other products of same value or take a credit note of the same amount for your next purchase which would be valid for 1 year.

Damaged Product :
If you receive a damaged, defective or broken product please contact us on WhatsApp +91 953-4000-011 within 12 hours of receiving the product with an unboxing video and pictures. In order to evaluate the issue internally and make it right for you, a video and pics are must.
If the issue is from our end, our team will work on it and dispatch a replacement within 1-2 working days.
